1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of svplogistics.com and any SVP Logistics web portals, forms, and document-upload or e-sign links (together, the “Site”) operated by SVPLOGISTICS, LLC (“SVP Logistics,” “SVP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility and use of the Site

The Site is intended for adults. Delivery-driver and other positions require applicants to meet all legal age and eligibility requirements.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, such as learning about SVP Logistics, applying for jobs, completing onboarding and e-sign steps, or communicating with us. You may not disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users’ information.

3. Job applications and employment

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or employment. SVP Logistics is an equal opportunity employer and makes hiring decisions in its sole discretion, consistent with applicable law.

Anything on the Site — including job descriptions, pay details, or availability information — is informational and does not constitute an offer or contract of employment. Employment terms are set solely by the signed offer letter and applicable onboarding documents.

4. Offer letters, e-signatures, and documents

Offer letters and onboarding documents may be delivered and signed electronically. By typing your name, drawing your signature, or clicking a sign button on a document we send you, you agree that the electronic signature is the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature, and you consent to receive and sign documents electronically.

Upload links (for example, document-upload links) are personal, expire after a set period, and may be closed after submission. Do not share your links with others.

5. Text messages (SMS / MMS)

If you provide a mobile number, we may send application, interview, offer-letter, e-sign, orientation, and onboarding messages you consented to receive. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of applying or of employment. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

6. Accounts and security

Some Site features (such as a driver portal or document-signing link) may require a password or personal link. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and links confidential and for activity under them. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, branding, and design are the property of SVP Logistics or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, or use our content without written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site or our messages may link to third-party services (for example, e-sign portals, job boards, or background-check systems). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVP Logistics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims related to the Site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us, if any, to use the Site.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SVP Logistics and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do, and the current version will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, to the extent permitted by law.
